While we continue to innovate and enhance our solutions, we are aware that climate change is real and happening now and this trend reversal requires a joint effort from all stakeholders. Towards this, we ensure that our products are engineered to operate in the most environment-friendly manner throughout their life-cycle. Moreover, our business operation including supply chain management is geared to minimize environmental impacts.

Our Goal: To achieve net-zero by year 2035, across Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions

Key Initiatives

Green component usage in Tejas Platforms are compliant with latest RoHS directives.

Sustainable product design through energy efficiency – high-efficiency power converters, automated energy consumption optimization based on device usage and environmental conditions.

Sustainable sourcing - Sustainability assessment of our key suppliers, and engagement mechanism in areas where there is scope for further improvements, to reinforce sustainability principles.

We are committed to responsible recycling of our end-of-life products and urge all our customers to join our cohesive e-waste movement. We have joined a Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) - Karo Sambhav Private Limited to fulfil its Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance.

Reduction in packaging materials and usage of recycled/ recyclable packing materials in product shipments.

Environment-friendly site operation including waste and e-waste recycling, reduction of energy and water usage in our facilities through smart system usage.

Periodic awareness building on responsibility towards the environment- trainings provided to employees, suppliers and customer stakeholders.

ISO 14001 Certification for effective environmental management system.

Compliant to European Union directives on environment protection - RoHS, REACH and WEEE.

Tejas aims to set high standards in corporate governance through ethical conduct, transparency, accountability and compliance with all the regulatory standards. As a publicly listed company, we have implemented a strong oversight structure through our Board and Committees to ensure value creation for all stakeholders. We abide by the regulations related to labor practices, taxation, intellectual property, environment and relevant telecom sector laws. The company has also implemented a strong risk management framework to proactively identify, monitor and manage mid-term/ long-term risks including those that are reputational.

Zero tolerance towards sexual harassment, bribery and corruption as articulated in our Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Code of Conduct and Whistle Blower policies.

Board Independence - 50% Independent Directors.

Risk Management Committee to review the status of key risks, and progress of Enterprise Risk Framework implementation across locations every quarter.

Internal Financial Control framework and external auditing as per government regulation.

Formalized Supplier Code of Conduct for establish Tejas’ expectations from its suppliers in relation to the ethical, social and environmental risks and working conditions.
